Customization
Large quantity orders with sufficient lead times can
be customized. Color, size of nuts and bolts, material
of wheels and top plates can be customized. Typical
lead time for customization is 8~12 weeks.
Return Policy
All returns must be approved by Zambus prior to shipping
and they may be subject to restocking charge. Special
order merchandise is not returnable.
Warranty Policy
All Carrymaster® products come with one year warranty
against defects in material and workmanship. Any products
that fail within the warranty period will be replaced
or serviced without any charge. The warranty will not
cover for the incidental, consequential or special damage.
