If you have a product that is defective, please call customer service at (973) 777-4922 to discuss the issue and resolve your problem. Proof of purchase from us is required, so having your invoice/packing list on hand will be helpful when you call.
All Carrymaster® products come with one year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Any products that fail within the warranty period will be replaced or serviced without any charge. The warranty will not cover for the incidental, consequential or special damage.
